As the seasons of 2020 changed, our burgeoning vineyard was cultivated with tireless dedication. The task of weeding — removing these uninvited guests from our soil — was transformed into a cycle of renewal, as the weeds plucked out were returned to the earth, where they rotted and enriched the soil. This cycle of careful management and respect for natural processes literally bore fruit, as we observed the strong growth of young vines. By autumn, the vineyard's landscape was further embellished by the majestic presence of two large olive trees, which expanded the diversity and beauty of the vineyard and increased its charm and biodiversity. These trees not only added visual appeal but also promoted ecological harmony and underscored our commitment to sustainable vineyard practices.
