We have known Mallorca for a very long time now and are always looking forward to holidays in this great area. But what we haven't experienced yet is: Mallorcan joie de vivre with holiday extension on the tongue here in Switzerland. Each of the wines offers a short aroma walk for the nose in its own way. Our core grape variety, the local Giró Ros, is complemented by Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier, which characterizes our “Molí Blanc” cuvée. White and rosé wines are particularly popular on Mallorca, which gives our rosado “Roselló”, composed from the autochthonous varieties Callet and Gorgollassa as well as Merlot and Syrah, a key role. The Cuvée Tinto “Rubí Marès” also combines Callet and Gorgollassa with Merlot and Syrah, which creates an exquisite harmony. Our barrique-aged Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are among our specialities.
