Enquiring and completing a purchase process on this website means full and unconditional acceptance of the legal notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy of the website, as well as the special conditions and the latest version of these general terms and conditions. Therefore, we recommend that you read these terms and conditions before ordering or formally confirming your purchase and each time you visit our website, as we reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time.

Legislative regulation
These general terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of Act 7/1998 of 13 April on general contract conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Consumer and User Protection Act and other supplementary legislation, Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and all applicable tourist regulations and subsidiary to the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.

CLAUSES
The processing of purchases via the website is subject to the following clauses:

1 — Explanations
The customer explains:

- to be of legal age and have full capacity to process the purchase and declares that he understands and understands all the terms and conditions contained on the website.
- That the data provided when ordering is accurate and complete.
- That he confirms the requested purchase.

2 — Access to the website
Access to this website is the responsibility of the customer.

3 — Buying process
3.1. The purchase process comprises the services specified in the order form under the tariff conditions set out there. These special conditions, together with these terms and conditions, must be accepted by you before the purchase is formally confirmed. The contract can be validly concluded in Spanish and in the other languages available on the website. In case of discrepancies between the translated versions of these terms, the Spanish version will prevail.

3.2. The customer accepts that Tribaneli SL assumes no obligation or responsibility for services that are not provided directly.

3.3. The sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

3.4. Online purchase: The online checkout process follows the following steps:

Step 1. Order form. Selection of products, personal data and acceptance of legal conditions.
Step 2. Payment.
Step 3. Confirmation.

After completing the purchase, a confirmation email is sent to the contact address provided by the customer. The purchase is archived electronically.

3.5. Correction of any errors when entering data: The order details are summarized in the confirmation email that the customer receives. In the event of errors, users must immediately request the appropriate corrections from Tribaneli SL by sending an email to mail@tribaneli.es.

4 — Price and payment
4.1. The conditions, the price of the products and the accepted payment methods are expressly stated on the page where you make the purchase. Unless otherwise stated in the order form, the price of the products plus shipping costs is broken down.

4.2. Promotions and offers are only valid during the time they are available to recipients of the service. Tribaneli SL assumes no responsibility for the content of any type of advertising material published by third parties, even if provided to the customer by Tribaneli SL personnel.

4.3. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the prices shown on the website are sales prices including VAT. The transaction is made in EURO OR SWISS FRANCS, regardless of the customer's country of origin.

5 — Change or cancel purchases
Unless otherwise stated in the tariff conditions set out on the order page, the following return conditions apply:

Returning products

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase of the product in whole or in part within fourteen (14) calendar days after delivery of the product, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

After fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed, Tribaneli does not accept returns due to the withdrawal from the purchase of products.

In case of withdrawal from the purchase of a product, the customer must contact Tribaneli by sending an email to mail@tribaneli.es.

In any case, in case of withdrawal from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:

1) The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
2) The return to Tribaneli must be made in the same box or envelope used for delivery, or in a similar format that ensures that the products are returned in perfect condition.
3) The package must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt and the delivery note for the products, which also states the returned products and the reason for the return.

The returns of orders must be sent to the address of Tribaneli, Ctr Esporlas -Puigpunyent km3, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, 07194. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

5.2 Returning faulty products

Without prejudice to any other rights available to the customer, the customer is entitled to a refund of the price for defective products or products that do not match the order placed by the customer. Alternatively, the customer has the right to request delivery of a flawless product.

In the event that the customer returns defective products or products that do not comply with the order, this must be done in accordance with the procedure set out in the previous section. However, in this case, the customer does not bear the costs of returning these products.

Provided that the customer has followed the procedure set out in the previous section and has met the requirements set out in this section, Tribaneli will refund the price paid for the returned products that are faulty or do not comply with the customer's order in accordance with the procedure set out in the following section.

5.3 Reimbursement of the product price to the customer

Provided that the customer has followed the procedure set out in this section and has met the requirements, Tribaneli will refund the price paid by the customer for the returned products. In the event of a return under the customer's right of withdrawal in accordance with Section (1), Tribaneli will neither cover nor refund the return costs.

The customer is not entitled to a refund of the price for returned products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or if the requirements set out in these terms and conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order result in a refund of the price of the actual returned product (s).

Tribaneli will process the refund of the price using the same payment system that the customer used to purchase the products, within thirty (30) days from the time the returned order is collected, after Tribaneli has verified that the returned products meet the requirements set out in sections (1) and (2). The application of the refund of the price to the customer's account depends on the customer's bank.

6 — Invalidity of clauses
Should one or more clauses of these general terms and conditions be declared void or ineffective in whole or in part, this will only affect this provision or the part affected by it. The remaining general terms and conditions remain in force, although this provision or the part affected by it is considered to be absent.

7 — Acceptance
The request and the formal processing of the purchase necessarily imply that you expressly accept all and every one of the present terms and conditions, which are considered an integral part of the purchase and are supplemented by the tariff conditions and applicable specific legislation.

8 — Applicable law and competent court
This contract is governed by Spanish law, excluding its conflict of law rules. Without prejudice to the rights of jurisdiction recognized by consumers by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, any dispute

which could result from the use of the website or related services submitted to the courts and tribunals taking into account the place of residence of Tribaneli SL, with the customer expressly waiving his own jurisdiction if he has one.
