The 2021 vintage of DOT Tinto delights with aromas of ripe currants and blueberries, complemented by delicate spicy notes. This red wine cuvée, a blend of Syrah and Merlot, is characterized by soft tannins that give the wine a pleasant texture. DOT Tinto 2021 offers good aging potential, although it could be a challenge to get it back after you've already tasted its quality. Even today, it promises a profound and lasting experience of pleasure. As an ideal accompaniment, we recommend a selection of cheeses or cheese fondue and rabbit dishes.
After careful processing, the Vino Tinto Cuvée grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness and original fruit notes. This method ensures the wine's vivid aroma and clear structure by highlighting its natural vibrancy and purity.
